When entering roster information you can choose to enter each player's email address (this can be made public so that anyone viewing the website can see it, or can be kept private solely for administrative use). Once you have these email addresses in your database, you can contact the entire mailing list quickly and easily with one email. You can also assign captain and manager designations so that the administrator can send an email to a specific audience within the organization.
